Charbel Khneisser is Vice President of Solutions Engineering for EMEA at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ since January 2022, and prior to this, he has held several presales roles at Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ in the Middle East region since joining the company in 2013. Charbel is currently responsible for strategically and tactically driving technical sales across Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ¡¯s comprehensive portfolio of unified observability and acceleration solutions. He will also have a major focus on cross-functional alignment, best-practice development and knowledge sharing, as well as inspiring Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ¡¯s SE community across the EMEA region. Charbel has 18+ years¡¯ technical experience in the IT industry encompassing Networking concepts, Application architectures, Security models and Service Management tools comprising of NPM/APM/FM. During his career, Charbel had held several major roles which included being the Solution Architect Lead Consultant for the Saudi Ministry of Communication & IT (MCIT) where he was responsible for managing and implementing the Yesser eGovernment program and the Saudi National Digital Certification Center NCDC (PKI) that guaranteed a secure exchange mechanism. In addition, Charbel currently lectures in the Faculty of Engineering at Saint Joseph University to graduates undertaking a first year Master¡¯s Degree.
